This looks pretty interesting, and a really nice idea. eWeddings let you set up your own wedding site and can handle a huge number of different aspects to your wedding.

I can see this being VERY useful for a couple who use the web a lot and want to do everything online. I really like the layout of the site and it seems very well designed. The big question for me, is will enough of the guests and family really want to use it? With more and more people having a fast internet connection and feeling comfortable online, I would say probably more and more. The social aspect of photo sharing and the video would work nicely, but there are many free ways of doing this.

I would be interested to know if anyone has any experience of a client using this.

A quick shout to you Lightroom users out there - Adobe have made rather a large faux pas and have withdrawn the latest 1.4 update, telling people to go back to 1.3.1.

Check out their blog post explaining the reasoning. Not very impressive Adobe!!

I’ve just been in touch with a VERY famous Wedding Photographer and all round nice guy, and he has agreed to do an interview with me next week! I am so stoked! He is one of the top 15 Wedding Photographers in the world and is amazingly talented, not only in photography but also the whole business behind it.

I am seriously excited!

flickr TV Advertising

As many of you are probably aware, flickr is a very well known photo sharing site. I’m going to be covering this in more detail over the coming weeks as it is a very powerful marketing tool.The fact that they are advertising on TV is very important - general public exposure and strengthening their brand against the multitude of other photo sharing sites.

Hello everyone!Just wanted to give you quick update as to how the main site is doing. I’m hoping that it will be live by the end of next week! We are just putting the finishing touches to some images and copy, and then bingo, should be there!  On a different note, there is a very lucky fellow over on the West Coast this evening.
